We're taking you on a journey through the remodeling of a historic Victorian home. Join us as we delve into the details of this remarkable endeavor.

A Little About the Client:

Our clients, the proud owners of this historic Victorian home, embarked on a renovation journey to increase their property's value. With a keen eye for detail and a strong desire to maintain the home's historical integrity, they set out to bring new life to their beloved dwelling. The couple's preference for neutral colors and a white palette was the foundation for our design approach.

Our Clients' Hopes for Their Home

One of our client's primary concerns was the lack of natural light, which contributed to the overall darkness of the space. They also identified the need for two bathrooms - a main bathroom and a guest bathroom- both requiring a blend of functionality and timeless design. Furthermore, they desired to retain the simplicity and elegance that defined the home's original character.

Their Objectives with this Renovation Project

Our clients had a twofold objective in mind for their renovation project. Firstly, they aimed to maximize the available space to generate optimal rental income. We diligently assessed the layout and employed innovative solutions to eliminate unused or dead space. Additionally, our clients sought to create a harmonious and balanced feng shui, ensuring the energy flowed seamlessly throughout the home. Ultimately, they sought to achieve a high return on their investment while preserving the home's historical significance.

How We Helped Them

At Sac Infill Construction, we take great pride in our ability to work within our clients' budgets while delivering outstanding results. In close collaboration with our clients, we meticulously organized their priorities and ideas, ensuring that every aspect of their vision was considered. We selected neutral colors for the bathrooms to maintain consistency and create a clean and cohesive aesthetic. By utilizing our expertise and knowledge of design principles, we were able to provide them with the bathroom of their dreams, all while adhering to their budgetary constraints.

The Design & Details

We replaced the outdated cabinets with stunning prefabricated ones, complemented by quartz countertops and elegant gold hardware. Furthermore, we improved the overall lighting by incorporating recessed lighting with dimmers, allowing our clients to customize the ambiance to their liking. We employed a classic subway tile pattern for the walls and tasteful tile flooring to add timeless elegance. Additionally, we installed a safety bar to ensure peace of mind.
