Edwin Fernando Suyan’s journey in construction began at a young age, working alongside his father and learning the trade firsthand. Those early experiences gave him a genuine appreciation for the craft and taught him the importance of taking pride in his work. Over time, what began as learning from his father grew into a passion for construction and the ambition to build a company of his own.
Before founding Sac Infill Construction, Edwin broadened his technical experience through his work in mechanical and automotive body shops, developing a strong eye for detail and a practical approach to problem-solving. His decision to start Sac Infill Construction came with a clear idea of the kind of company he wanted to build: one where quality mattered just as much as the experience homeowners had along the way. As an owner who remains actively involved in the work, Edwin values knowing the people he builds for and understanding what matters most to them. He believes that even as the company grows, that personal level of care should never be lost.

As a construction office manager, Cindy excels at overseeing the day-to-day operations of construction projects, ensuring smooth coordination between contractors, architects, and clients. Her dual expertise as a licensed realtor enhances her ability to provide valuable insights into property investments and market trends, making her a highly sought-after advisor for construction and real estate clients.
In addition to her construction and real estate expertise, Cindy’s background in restaurant management has shaped her strong leadership skills, customer-centric approach, and operational efficiency. Mary's business background and interest in photography and graphic design have shaped her path into marketing. A UC Santa Barbara graduate, she now brings that perspective to her role as Marketing Manager at Sac Infill Construction where she oversees the company’s marketing strategy and brand development.
Her work focuses on growing the company’s presence across the Sacramento region while finding meaningful ways to introduce its services to more homeowners. Through her work, she hopes to help homeowners better understand who the team is, what they stand for, and the care they bring to every project.
